On Wednesday November 2, Microsoft announced Microsoft Teams, the company’s first real entry into what WR classifies as a “Persistent Collaboration Space” offering.  Teams is yet-another-application that is included in most Office 365 subs.  Andy and our team have played with it already and here he describes the new offering.

Last weekend Charles joined Rebecca Osborne, Director of Talent Development at SeniorLink, for the annual meeting of the New England Region WOCN, an association of nurses. Besides leading a pair of sessions in which they discussed strategies and tech that can boost learner engagement, the two did some polling that reveals just what it takes to get trainers to use video as a training element.
