Streaming technology vendor Ramp has reached agreement to sell a unit focused on media-oriented online video applications in a deal valued at $10 million. Cxense ASA, a Stockholm-based vendor, plans to complete its acquisition of the Ramp media unit by end of October. This leaves Ramp - with its SharePoint integration - making a full run on the enterprise streaming platform segment.
