In Q4, 2018, Wainhouse Research conducted its annual Unified Communications End User Survey. This year’s survey focuses on organizations of all sizes, with the distribution of respondents spread across small, mid-sized and large enterprises in North America. The data from the 358 end users sheds light on which UC and Team Collaboration vendors are being used, which features are most used by each vendor, user ratings of vendors, which modes of communication are most productive, and their sentiments regarding change management, support, their relationship with IT, and their enthusiasm for new solutions.
