This report provides a comparison of behaviors, habits, and preferences between UC users and non-UC users. We segmented our 2016 UC End User survey data to identify Microsoft UC users (referred to as Skype for Business, or SfB users in this report), Other Enterprise UC users, Public (Free) UC users, and those users who told us they do not use a UC solution for business communications. The survey focused on the North American small and medium sized business, gathering feedback from 500 end users working at companies with 20 to 1000 employees.
