In Q3 2014, Wainhouse Research conducted its annual Audio Conferencing Survey of IT Decision Makers, Hosts and Participants.  This summary focuses on cloud-based audio conferencing and its association to integrated services for personal web and video conferencing, and unified communications.  The survey is segmented into nine areas: Trends, Usage, Influences, Growth, Connecting, Behavior, What’s Next, Drivers, and Profiles (of the respondents).  Areas of focus include:
